Its a nightmare when your car develops a fault, and it's not just the expense of getting it fixed. The whole inconvenience of break downs, stalling at junctions or getting to work late makes life very annoying indeed. You don't need an annoying garage on top. At Motorvation we have honed our fault finding skills over the years and we know the first step towards a quick diagnosis is you. That's why you can expect a thorough cross examination before any work commences. Fault diagnosis is often a matter of gathering all the evidence, deciding what's important, what's relevant and then verifying the results. We take a careful and methodical approach so as to minimise the incorrect replacement of perfectly serviceable parts.

So what can you expect?

Well, firstly we will spend time with you gathering all the information about your fault, then we will spend an initial one hour session, carrying out fault code tests (where applicable) and checking various things on your car. This will obviously vary with the nature of the fault but a great many faults are successfully diagnosed within this first hour. We will then liaise with you and provide estimates for any required rectification work.
