Bosch Training & Equipment

Over the last few years we have invested heavily in diagnostic equipment and training. This is primarily as a result of the advances in motor vehicle technology. Its no longer within the capabilities of many garages to accurately diagnose the complex electronics systems found in the majority of modern cars. Without the correct training, technical information and equipment, technicians often find themselves in a position of literally guessing what's wrong, then changing parts on little more than a whim, and hoping everything is fixed. Which it rarely is, and then the customer ends up footing the bill for the garages bad practice. We took the decision some time ago that we would not be among these garages and so embarked on a programme of training and equipment improvements.

We have found that more often than not Bosch or Hella end up being our chosen suppliers of equipment and training. Their range of technical training courses is vast and of top quality, as is their diagnostic equipment. So far Geoff is about 75% of his way to achieving Bosch Diagnostic Technician status and his scores in the end of course tests taken so far have proved his technical excellence. (But please don't make a big thing of it - his head is big enough already!)

Our investment is already paying off as we find ourselves emerging as one of the areas leading diagnostic centres with many other garages bringing us their problem cars for diagnosis.
